INTRODUCTION MEWING
Mewing are techniques and exercises that strengthen the muscles of the face, bringing more tone, definition and a possible increase of this musculature promoting the definition and even the enlargement of the jaw. Mewing’s technique is basically for people who want the look better by increasing their jaw, bringing that wider, quadradi and defined effect that is well on the rise these days.
WHERE DID MEWING COME FROM?
Mewing was based on research by a researcher named British orthodontist Mike Mew, who within his dental research there were exercises capable of improving jaw definition, breathing and pain in the jaw region. However, it was not Doctor Mike Mew who invented Mewing, but rather some “fans” who took his research and in fact invented mewing’s technique for the aesthetic improvement of the jaw.

- Always do nasal breathing;
- Keep your tongue stuck in the roof of your mouth;
- Keep molar teeth always against, but not pressed.
Exercises:
- Take food to the throat with your tongue during meals;
- Lock the teeth, put the tongue in the roof of the mouth and then make a beak with the mouth forcing the region of the jaw. Hold this position as long as possible;
- Lock your teeth, put your tongue in the roof of your mouth and smile forcibly. Hold this position as long as possible;
- Chew the food more forcefully and will greatly exaggerating the movements to force the muscles of the mouth.

DOES MEWING REALLY WORK?
According to our research, Mewing brings several benefits to the jaw, helping in breathing, avoiding pain and fighting bruxism that is grinding and tightening teeth too much.
